Stay healthy by...

Surrounding yourself with healthy pals.
Choose people that have the same health goals as you and will help motivate you to accomplish you stay on track.

Moving.
No matter what, keep moving. Take the stairs, park in the back of the parking lot, take a few minutes every hour to stand up, take a few breaths and stretch.

Finding ways to stay motivated.
Get an exercise buddy, schedule exercise time on your calendar and treat it like any other important appointment, sign up for yoga, pilates or other group exercise classes.
